PROGRESSO JIU JITSU PROGRAMS

We offer a series of different Programs, to make sure that there is a class that fits every student’s age and skill-level. We’ve made a description of each Program, so that you know what to expect when showing up for class for the the very first time.

We offer classes for both adults and kids of all skill-levels and ages starting from 4 years old and up.  Whether you are looking to get in shape, learn self-defense, improve your Jiu Jitsu, or just try something new. We have a program that you will love.

Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

This class is for students aged 4 to 13 years and has a duration of 1 hour and is open for students of all skill levels. The students will learn a series of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques, as well as self-defense and anti-bullying strategies. The students will develop physical skills such as coordination, balance, strength, endurance and flexibility, while improving their ability to concentrate and learn new things. Important values such as focus, discipline, sportsmanship, and camaraderie will be promoted during the class.

Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

This class is for students aged 14 years and up. It has a duration of 1 hour and is open for students of all skill levels. The students will learn not only Jiu Jitsu techniques and positions, but also the fundamental concepts behind the techniques, and the small details that make them effective. Each student will train according to their own level of experience and fitness level, and the class is structured in a way so that everyone can participate in the class, regardless of age and skill level.

Kickboxing

This class is for students aged 14 years and up. It has a duration of 1 hour and is open for students of all skill levels. The classes will be "no contact", meaning that there is no sparring, and the focus will be on increasing the students fitness level, improve their coordination and teaching them proper punching and kicking technique. 

Combat Fit

This class is for students aged 14 years and up. It has a duration of 1 hour and is open for students of all skill levels. The classes will consist of functional training exercises and interval training. Our Combat Fit Program was designed to help people get in shape using a variety of fun and challenging exercises, without having to stand on a treadmill for hours.
