BJJ programs

We offer a series of different BJJ Programs, to make sure that there is a class that fits every student’s age and skill-level. We’ve made a description of each Program, so that you know what to expect when showing up for class for the first time.

We offer classes for both adults and kids of all skill-levels and ages starting from 4 years old and up.

If you’re interested in doing private lessons, let us know when you sign up for your Free Trial class. With private lessons you’ll be able to plan your training sessions for when it’s convenient for you, and accelerate your evolution by having the instructor’s undivided attention throughout the class. Each session will be designed specifically for you, and you’ll be able to choose specific techniques or areas that you’d like to work on, which will make you progress fast.

BJJ Kids

This class is for students aged 4 to 13 years and has a duration of 1 hour and is open for students of all skill levels. The students will learn a series of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques, as well as self-defense and anti-bullying strategies. The students will develop physical skills such as coordination, balance, strength, endurance and flexibility, while improving their ability to concentrate and learn new things. Important values such as focus, discipline, sportsmanship, and camaraderie will be promoted during the class.

BJJ

This class is for students aged 14 years and up. It has a duration of 1 hour and is open for students of all skill levels. 

BJJ Live Training

This class is for students aged 14 years and up. It has a duration of 30 minutes, and is an extension of the BJJ Program for those who want to train more. The class consists solely of rounds of Live Training. Live Training, or sparring or rolling as it’s also often referred to, is when you train against your training partner. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu doesn’t involve strikes, which is why we call it Live Training instead of sparring.

No-Gi

This class is for students aged 14 years and up. It has a duration of 1 hour and is open for students of all skill levels. The uniform used in this program will be rash-guard and shorts instead of the Gi or Kimono which is used in the other programs. The No-Gi Program will include a variety of both basic as well as more advanced techniques.

No-Gi Live Training

This class is for students aged 14 years and up. It has a duration of 30 minutes, and is an extension of the No-Gi Program for those who want to train more. The class consists solely of rounds of Live Training. Live Training, or sparring or rolling as it’s also often referred to, is when you train against your training partner. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu doesn’t involve strikes, which is why we call it Live Training instead of sparring.

Open Mat

This class is for students aged 14 years and up. It has a duration of 1 hour and is open for students of all skill levels. No techniques will be demonstrated during this class, the students will pair up and practice techniques of their own choice with their partner under the supervision of the Instructor during the first half of the class. In the second half of the class they will be doing rounds of Live Training.

Kickboxing

Our Kickboxing Program will start on Monday, January 4th. Classes will be Monday and Wednesday at 6.15pm-7.15pm. The classes will be “no contact”, meaning that there is no sparring, and the focus will be on increasing the students fitness level, improve their coordination and teaching them proper punching and kicking technique. The class will be for students aged 14 years and up and will have a duration of 1 hour.

Combat Fit

Our Combat Fit Program will start on Tuesday, January 5th. Classes will be Tuesday and Thursday at 6.15pm-7.15pm. The classes will consist of functional training exercises and interval training. Our Combat Fit Program was designed to help people get in shape using a variety of fun and challenging exercises, without having to stand on a treadmill for hours. The class will be for students aged 14 years and up and will have a duration of 1 hour.
