Our Combat Fit classes were designed to help our students get in great shape, without having to stand on a treadmill for hours, but through a challenging and exciting work-out. The classes are based on high intensity interval training, using different circuits consisting of functional training exercises and movements. Instead of using machines and heavy weights, we use equipment such as for example kettlebells, elastic bands, medicine balls, speed ladders and Airdyne bike, as well as different bodyweight exercises.
You don’t have to be in good shape before joining our Combat Fit classes – we help you with that! Each student trains according to their own fitness level, without having to worry about getting injured. During the classes, students will improve their cardio, strength endurance, power, speed, coordination and mobility, all while having a great time in a fun and friendly environment.
