Private lessons are a great option for those who prefer training 1-on-1 or in smaller groups, as well as for people attending the regular group classes who want to accelerate their learning curve. With private lessons you'll be able to plan your training sessions for when it's convenient for you, and improve faster by having the instructor's undivided attention throughout the class. Each session will be designed specifically for you based on your skill-level and your goals with training. A custom curriculum will made for the student based on their strengths and weaknesses on the mat, and you'll be able to choose specific techniques or areas that you'd like to work on during the classes. Students with no former training experience will be introduced to all the fundamental movements, positions and techniques of Jiu Jitsu, and everything will be explained in detail, not only the techniques themselves but also the concepts behind them.
