Progresso Jiu Jitsu
Since the first academy opened in 2020, Progresso Jiu Jitsu has been expanding with several locations across the DFW Metroplex, and with more to come in the future!
One of the things that we pride ourselves on is the fact that besides creating an amazing training environment and culture in our academies, we maintain a very high technical level of instruction. Our philosophy is that even though the vast majority of our students train for fun and do not have competition as their main focus, we still want to give them the opportunity to experience the same level of instruction as that available to high-level Jiu Jitsu athletes.
