I started training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Progresso early March of 2024.

Of all the sports and things that I’ve done, by far JiuJitsu has been the thing I have found a love for the most. I’m not good at it by any means, but the sport, the Professors, the school, my teammates, and the families involved here, definitely motivate me to want to keep going.

The benefits are many; my weight, blood sugar, blood pressure, and everything else has dramatically improved since I started a short 7 months ago.

My wife and daughter, also grew interested in Jiu Jitsu and they love it as well, so it’s also added another facet of bonding for our family. Speaking of family, the connections and friendships we’ve been blessed with here at Progresso have been wonderful.

The environment at Progresso is very welcoming and great for anyone’s Jiu Jitsu journey. Whether you’re looking to start Jiu Jitsu as a hobby, self defense, exercise, competing, reliving old glory days, restarting the journey, or looking for a community, Progresso Brazilian Jiu Jitsu might be for you.
