This place is the absolute best. I’ve had my two kids in various jiu jitsu gyms over the years and Progresso is by far the ultimate experience. Coach Pedro and Coach Marilyn are so warm and welcoming. Both coaches are very nurturing and supportive while remaining structured. They truly make each class engaging, interactive and fun. Both my kids beg to go to Jiu Jitsu every day. The coaches are amazing, it’s family oriented and highly professional. Also, the gym is always clean and we definitely appreciate that.
