ADULT BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU IN RICHARDSON

Great jiu jitsu training, best coaches!

Great gym, great community, great people, and even better training !

Jiu jitsu is great. One day you have no enemies. The next your nemesis is a 40 year old dude with 3 kids. He beats you into submission while asking how your day is. He whispers words of encouragement, as you're strangled with your own clothes. You wanna hate him, but also you find yourself slowly falling in love with him. Anyway it's a good time.

Best Bjj training in the area for gi and no gi. Hope prof shaggy is teaching when you go!

Great gym with excellent no gi instruction (they also have some gi classes)

Out standing place for your kids and family to train and learn the art of self-defense, build confidence and get away from screens and electronics.

The best jiu jitsu so much positivity my nephew and me we really liked I can’t wait to see you guys next month 👍

My 10 year old absolutely loved taking a trial class here! Hannah was especially helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly when we visited. We can tell that all the other students there really love the program. The instructor was awesome and led the kids through a fantastic workout. They are doing great things at Progresso!

I’ve had an amazing experience at Progressive Jiu Jitsu. The gym is always super clean, well-organized, and you can tell they really take pride in keeping the place spotless. The staff is wonderful — very welcoming, professional, and always willing to help whether you’re a beginner or more advanced. You feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to train in a positive and safe environment!
